Many of these textile pieces below were made out of found and recycled materials and sold to raise money for certain non-profit organizations during the 2020 pandemic. The organizations donated to are My Block My Hood My City, The Audre Lorde Project, and The Black Woman’s Blueprint. This was the first fundraiser I did, done independently of these non-profits, which constituted $90 to each organization. All pieces below made in 2020.
